Removing the Q-Stop™ device is fast, simple, and safe.
Begin by locating the red safety tab. Flip the tab upwards and remove it from the device.
Next, place your thumb and fingers on the ends of the Q-Stop™ device and firmly squeeze them together. This will safely cut one end of the suture close to the skin allowing the device to be removed.
Finally, grasp the device and slowly lift it away from the skin. All the suture material will come along with the device. After removal, discard the device.
